What are they?

Glimmer strands are short, rod-shaped sugar sprinkles with a pearlescent shimmer that catches the light. These ones come in a shimmering rainbow of colours.

What can I use them on?

Perfect for birthday cakes, Pride celebrations, kids' parties, cupcakes and cookies. Scatter them over buttercream, icing or melted chocolate, or roll the edges of a cake or cookie in them for full shimmering coverage.

Sugar, coconut oil, glucose syrup, colours; E101, E120, E132, E133, E141, E171, E172. Glazing agents; beeswax (with coconut oil), shellac.
