What is Team SPRINKLY Rewards?

Team SPRINKLY Rewards is our loyalty programme, designed to reward you for taking your cake making journey with us. You earn points whenever you engage with SPRINKLY, such as making a purchase, referring friends and sharing your love for us on social media.

How do I earn SPRINKLY Points?
  • Sign up: new members start with 25 points.
  • Purchases: earn 1 point for every £1 you spend on qualifying purchases.
  • Your birthday: celebrate with an extra 50 points.
  • Refer a friend: you and your friend both get a £5 coupon to use on an order of £20 or more, once your friend completes their purchase. You can refer as many friends as you like.
  • Social media: earn 5 points for following, liking or sharing us on social media.
What if I already have a SPRINKLY account?

Perfect! You've automatically been enrolled in Team SPRINKLY Rewards, and we've added 50 points to your account to get you started.

Who can join?

Everyone! Just create an account and start earning points. One account per customer.

How do I redeem my points?

Click the rewards button in the bottom right corner of any page (make sure you're logged in). From there you can swap your points for a coupon to use on a future order:

  • 100 points for a £5 coupon or free UK shipping
  • 200 points for a £10 coupon
  • 300 points for a £15 coupon (on orders of £50 or more)
How do I check my points balance?

Click the rewards button in the bottom right corner of any page and go to the Home tab to see how many points you have.

I've placed an order or signed up, but my points haven't appeared.

Don't worry, it can take a few minutes for points to show in your account. If they're still missing after 24 hours, email us at hello@sprinkly.co.uk with your order number and we'll sort it out.

What happens if my order is returned or cancelled?

Any points earned on that order will be removed from your balance. This is also why your balance may go down if one of your referrals cancels or returns an order.

How do I leave Team SPRINKLY Rewards?

We're sorry to see you go! Email us at hello@sprinkly.co.uk and we'll close your rewards account. You'll lose any points you've built up. You're welcome to rejoin at any time, but your balance will start again from zero.

The small print

Points can't be earned on amounts paid with gift cards, credit codes or discount codes, or on tax and shipping.

To receive birthday points, your date of birth must be added at least one month before the first day of your birthday month.

Social points are only earned for the first follow, like or share on each platform, and only when done through the Earn Points tab in your rewards account. Follows, likes or shares made directly on social media don't count.

Rewards are only available in the values listed above, and one coupon can be used per order. A £15 coupon needs a minimum order of £50.

SPRINKLY Points can't be transferred, have no cash value (unless required by law) and can't be exchanged, sold or returned. SPRINKLY is not responsible for lost or stolen points. These terms may be changed, replaced or ended by SPRINKLY at any time.
