Post isn't collected at weekends, so next working day orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will arrive on Tuesday.
International shipping
We have paused international shipping for now, until we can guarantee a better service.
Handling
We usually despatch orders the next working day, excluding holidays. If you order 1st Class or next working day delivery before 2pm on a working day, we'll despatch your order the same day. Very occasionally, at our busiest times, it may take us two working days.
You'll get an email when your order is despatched. You may receive this at the weekend, but we don't post orders until Monday, so tracking links won't go live until then.
Delivery
We have no control over how long Royal Mail takes to deliver once your parcel has left us. During busy times like Christmas and Easter, deliveries may take a little longer.
Royal Mail doesn't always leave a card if they've tried to deliver, so it's worth checking with your local delivery office if your parcel hasn't arrived.
Please double check your delivery address at checkout. We can't take responsibility for parcels sent to an incorrect address, but we'll do our best to help. Address errors can add up to 3 weeks to delivery.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen parcels once they have been delivered.
