Returning Sprinkles

We understand that sometimes customers may change their minds. If you ordered the wrong sprinkles, you may return them under the following conditions:

 

  • You must cover the return shipping costs.
  • The sprinkles must be completely unopened and in perfect condition when we receive them.
  • Once we inspect the returned sprinkles and confirm they meet these conditions, we will refund only the cost of the sprinkles.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

If your sprinkles arrive faulty or damaged, please contact us via our contact form, and we will resolve the issue with a replacement or refund. We may require photo evidence and reserve the right to inspect and verify the fault.

 

Returning Non-Perishable Items

For non-perishable items (e.g., merchandise or accessories), returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase if:

 

  • The item is unused and in its original packaging.
  • Gift cards are non-returnable.
