About The Sprinkles

ARE YOUR SPRINKLES VEGETARIAN/VEGAN/GLUTEN FREE/Halal/Kosher?

All sprinkles were not created equally and so this can't be a blanket answer, they're all different.

On our product pages for each sprinkle we have a section in the description that tells you the ingredients of our sprinkles as well as if they're suitable for gluten-free, vegan or vegetarian.

None of our sprinkles are certified halal or kosher.

How Long is the shelf life on your sprinkles?

This can vary between 6 months and a couple of years, although they do taste best in the first few months of you receiving them, but we will always send the sprinkles out to you with at least 6 month shelf life on them.

How do i store my sprinkles?

We pack your sprinkles into either a recyclable pot or a re-sealable zip-lock bag. We suggest you store them in either what we send them to you in or another airtight container of your choice (little Kilner jars maybe!).

Store them out of direct sunlight and in a cool place for ultimate freshness.

Domestic Orders

When will my order ship and where does it ship from?

Due to the evolving COVID-19 situation, it might take us a little longer than usual to ship your order and process returns. Thank you for your patience. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us at hello@sprinkly.co.uk and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.

We process and ship out orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders with standard shipping will usually be fulfilled and shipped the following business day (Monday through Friday, not including holidays). Orders with 1st class postage, ordered before 2pm, will be shipped the same day.

If you paid for a tracked service, once shipped, you’ll receive an email from hello@sprinkly.co.uk with tracking information within 24 hours. Please note, it can take up to 48 hours for your tracking information to update.

Can you ship my order out to me today?

If you order using 1st class postage before 2pm, on a Monday - Friday (excluding holidays), we will despatch your order the same day.

What shipping methods does SPRINKLY offer?

Our economy shipping method is a royal mail second class untracked service and can take up to 4-6 working days*

Our 2nd class tracked service is with royal mail and can take up to 2-3 working days*

Our 1st class tracked service is with royal mail and can take up to 1-2 working days*

We also offer Next Working Day Delivery guaranteed by 1pm. We do not get post collected on the weekends so if you order this on a Sunday it will not arrive on the Monday, it will arrive on the Tuesday.

International Orders

does sprinkly ship internationally?

Due to issues with our recent international orders we have paused international orders until we can guarantee a better service.

Cancellations, Returns, Incorrect Shipments

can i cancel or change my order?

SPRINKLY cannot alter an order once it has been despatched. This includes adding or removing any items in the order, or changing the shipping method.

 

If you need to update your address or cancel an order, use our contact form. Our team will do their best to stop the order, however, this is not guaranteed.

can i return my purchase?

Your 100% satisfaction is important to us. UK return shipping is free of charge and on us.

 

However, due to food safety laws, we are unable to accept any return or exchange of sprinkles unless the item is faulty or damaged.


I received a faulty or damaged product


If your sprinkles or any other item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us at via our contact form so we can resolve the issue. You can choose between a replacement or a refund.
We reserve the right to inspect and verify the fault. If no fault is found, the product will be returned to you.


I have received my order but wish to return a non-perishable item


We can accept the return of any non-perishable item (e.g., merchandise or other accessories) that is unwanted or incorrectly ordered within 30 days of the purchase date. Please note that the following conditions apply:


  1. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
    The item must be in its original packaging.
    Gift cards are non-returnable.


How to start a return:


  1. Use our contact form give us details of the item you wish to return and whether you'd prefer a refund or replacement.
  2. We will respond with instructions on how to return your item to us.

my order arrived with something missing/incorrect/damaged.

If your SPRINKLY package arrives missing an item, with incorrect items, or with any damage to the items, contact us right away using our contact form.

Promotional Codes, Gift Cards, Payment Methods

dopes SPRINKLY offer gift cards, gift RECEIPTS or gift wrapping?

SPRINKLY is happy to offer e-gift cards. that you can purchase and email to the recipient of your choice. Gift cards are sent electronically and are not physical items. Discount codes cannot be used towards the purchase of an e-gift card.

SPRINKLY does not offer gift wrapping at this time.

what payment methods does SPRINKLY Accept?

SPRINKLY accepts all major credit cards, including Visa, American Express, Mastercard and Discover. We also accept Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.

how do i apply gift cards or promotional codes to my order?

First, copy the promotional or gift card code you intend to use. When at the checkout stage in your shopping cart, paste the code into the grey box marked ‘Gift Card or Discount Code’, and click ‘apply’.

One discount code may be used per order.

You can find products by keyword/colour/sprinkle type using the search icon at the top left corner of each page on desktop or at the top of the menu on mobile.

You can also sprinkle type or by colour, using the links in the header at the top of each page.

where can i find ingredients lists for each product?

Every sprinkle product page has the ingredients lists in its description.

All products able to be added to your shopping cart are in-stock and ready to ship unless it is a ‘PRE-ORDER’ item.

Any ‘PRE-ORDER’ items will be noted as such in the description.

You can sign up to be notified when an out of stock item is replenished by clicking ‘Notify me when back in stock’ in the description.
