What are they?

Sugar strands, sometimes called jimmies, are short rod-shaped sprinkles with a soft matt finish. These ones come in a bright blue, adding colour and texture wherever you scatter them.

What can I use them on?

Perfect for boys' birthdays, Father's Day, gender reveals, team colours, cupcakes, cookies and cake pops. Scatter them over buttercream, icing or melted chocolate, or roll the edges of a cake or cookie in them for full coverage.

Available in 30g, 150g, 500g and 1kg, from a handy sample packet to bulk pouches for professional bakers.

Ingredients

Icing sugar [sugar, starch], maize starch, un-hydrogenated palm fat, water, emulsifier; rapeseed lecithin. Colour; E132. Glaze [glazing agents; shellac, acacia gum, sugar].

Not suitable for vegetarians or vegans (contains shellac).
