What is it?

Sparkling sugar is coarse sugar coated in a pearlescent shimmer that catches the light. This one comes in red, white and green.

What can I use it on?

Perfect for Christmas cakes, festive cupcakes, Christmas cookies and mince pies. Sprinkle it over buttercream, icing or cookies before baking, or use it to rim drinks and add sparkle to desserts.
