A sparkling festive mix with a touch of silver.

What are they?

Glimmer pearls are round sugar pearls with a pearlescent shimmer that catches the light. These ones come in red, white and green with silver.

What can I use them on?

Perfect for Christmas cakes, festive cupcakes, Christmas cookies and traybakes. Scatter them over buttercream, icing or melted chocolate, or place them individually for a more elegant finish.

Available in 30g, 150g, 500g and 1kg, from a handy sample packet to bulk pouches for professional bakers.

Ingredients

Sugar, dextrose, glucose syrup, WHEAT starch, WHEAT flour, maize starch, colours; E101, E120, E133, E171, E174. Stabilisers; arabic gum, agar. Glazing agent; shellac.

Allergens

Contains WHEAT, GLUTEN.

Not suitable for vegetarians or vegans (contains shellac and E120).
