What are they?

Polished rods are short, crunchy sugar rods with a smooth, glossy finish. These come in glossy red and high-shine metallic gold.

What can I use them on?

Perfect for Christmas, Lunar New Year, anniversaries, cupcakes and cookies. Scatter them over buttercream or icing, or arrange them individually for a bold, modern finish.

Ingredients

Sugar, WHEAT semolina, colours; E100, E120, E160a, E174. Stabilisers; arabic gum. Gelatine (bovine). Glazing agents; carnauba wax, beeswax, shellac.

Contains WHEAT, GLUTEN.
