What are they?

Glimmer 100's & 1000's are tiny round sugar sprinkles with a pearlescent shimmer that catches the light. These ones come in a deep, rich gold, and are made without titanium dioxide (E171).

What can I use them on?

Perfect for milestone birthdays, New Year's Eve, black and gold themes, cupcakes and cookies. Scatter them over buttercream, icing or melted chocolate for an instant shimmer, or press them around the sides of a cake.

Sugar, WHEAT starch, glucose syrup, colours; E101, E172. Glazing agent; shellac.
