Bold, deep pink with a pearly shine.

What are they?

Glimmer 100's & 1000's are tiny round sugar sprinkles with a pearlescent shimmer that catches the light. These ones come in a bold deep pink, and are made without titanium dioxide (E171).

What can I use them on?

Perfect for birthdays, Valentine's Day, girls' parties, cupcakes, cookies and cake pops. Scatter them over buttercream, icing or melted chocolate for an instant shimmer, or press them around the sides of a cake.

Available in 30g, 150g, 500g and 1kg, from a handy sample packet to bulk pouches for professional bakers.

Ingredients

Sugar, WHEAT starch, glucose syrup, colours; E120, E172. Glazing agent; shellac.

Contains WHEAT, GLUTEN.
