All the pretty pastels in one shimmering mix.

What are they?

Glimmer 100's & 1000's are tiny round sugar sprinkles with a pearlescent shimmer that catches the light. These ones come in a mix of soft pastel shades, and are made without titanium dioxide (E171).

What can I use them on?

Perfect for Easter, baby showers, unicorn and fairy themes, cupcakes and cookies. Scatter them over buttercream, icing or melted chocolate for an instant shimmer, or press them around the sides of a cake.

Available in 30g, 150g, 500g and 1kg, from a handy sample packet to bulk pouches for professional bakers.

Ingredients

Sugar, WHEAT starch, glucose syrup, colours; E101, E120, E132, E133, E172. Glazing agent; shellac.

Allergens

Contains WHEAT, GLUTEN.
