Bright green with a pearly shimmer.

What are they?

Glimmer pearls are round sugar pearls with a pearlescent shimmer that catches the light. These ones come in a bright shimmering green.

What can I use them on?

Perfect for St Patrick's Day, spring bakes, jungle themes, football pitches, cupcakes and cookies. Scatter them over buttercream, icing or melted chocolate, or place them individually for a more elegant finish.

Sugar, dextrose, glucose syrup, WHEAT starch, colours; E101, E133, E171. Glazing agent; shellac.
