Bright, cheerful orange that really pops.

What are they?

Sugar strands, sometimes called jimmies, are short rod-shaped sprinkles with a soft matt finish. These ones come in a vibrant orange, adding colour and texture wherever you scatter them.

What can I use them on?

Perfect for Halloween, autumn bakes, birthday cakes, cupcakes, cookies and cake pops. Scatter them over buttercream, icing or melted chocolate, or roll the edges of a cake or cookie in them for full coverage.

Sizes available

Available in 30g, 150g, 500g and 1kg, from a handy sample packet to bulk pouches for professional bakers.

Ingredients

Icing sugar [sugar, starch], maize starch, un-hydrogenated palm fat, water, emulsifier; rapeseed lecithin. Colour; E110. Glaze [glazing agents; shellac, acacia gum, sugar].
