What are they?

Metallic pearls are round sugar pearls with a high-shine metallic coating. These are 6mm pearls in green.

What can I use them on?

Perfect for Christmas, St Patrick's Day, woodland themes, cupcakes and cookies. Scatter them over buttercream or icing, or place them individually for an elegant finish.

Sugar, WHEAT flour, WHEAT starch, maize starch, colours; E174, E160a, E131, E100. Stabilisers; arabic gum, agar. Glucose syrup, glazing agent; shellac.
