High-shine metallic gold pearls with a mirror-like finish.

What are they?

Metallic pearls are round sugar pearls with a high-shine metallic coating. These are 2mm pearls in gold.

What can I use them on?

Perfect for weddings, anniversaries, Christmas, milestone birthdays, cupcakes and cookies. Scatter them over buttercream or icing, or place them individually for an elegant finish.

Available in 30g, 150g, 500g and 1kg, from a handy sample packet to bulk pouches for professional bakers.

Ingredients

Sugar, WHEAT starch, maize starch, glucose syrup, colours; E174, E160b. Stabilisers; arabic gum, gelatine (bovine). Glazing agent; shellac.

Contains WHEAT, GLUTEN.
