What are they?

These are 10mm milk chocolate balls, coated in metallic gold with a high-shine metallic finish.

What can I use them on?

Perfect for weddings, New Year's Eve, black and gold themes, drip cakes, cupcakes and cookies. Press them into buttercream, pile them on top of a drip cake, or use them to finish cupcakes and desserts.

Ingredients

MILK chocolate (66%) [sugar, whole MILK powder, cocoa butter (20% min), cocoa mass, emulsifier; SOYA lecithin. Natural vanilla flavouring, cocoa solids: 32% min]. Sugar (33%), stabilisers; arabic gum, sucrose esters of fatty acids. Rice starch, natural vanilla flavouring, gelatine (bovine), colours; E174, E160b. Glazing agents; carnauba wax, shellac.

Contains MILK, SOYA.
