Metallic gold mini chocolate balls with a crunchy centre.

What are they?

These are 6mm crispy chocolate pearls: a crunchy cereal centre coated in milk chocolate and finished in metallic gold.

What can I use them on?

Perfect for weddings, New Year's Eve, black and gold themes, cupcakes, cookies and cakes. Scatter them over buttercream or ganache, or mix them with larger chocolate balls for a fuller look.

Ingredients

Sugar (57%), MILK chocolate (30.6%) [sugar, whole MILK powder, cocoa butter (20% min), cocoa mass, emulsifier; SOYA lecithin. Natural vanilla flavouring, cocoa solids: 32% min]. Crispy cereal centre (11%) [rice flour, WHEAT flour, sugar, malted WHEAT flour, WHEAT GLUTEN, salt]. Stabilisers; arabic gum, sucrose esters of fatty acids. Cocoa butter, gelatine (bovine), colours; E174, E160b. Glazing agents; carnauba wax, shellac.
