What are they?

These are 6mm crispy chocolate pearls: a crunchy cereal centre coated in milk chocolate and finished in red.

What can I use them on?

Perfect for Christmas, Valentine's Day, team colours, cupcakes, cookies and cakes. Scatter them over buttercream or ganache, or mix them with larger chocolate balls for a fuller look.

Ingredients

Sugar (57%), MILK chocolate (30.6%) [sugar, whole MILK powder, cocoa butter, cocoa mass, emulsifier: SOYA lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring, cocoa solids: 32% min, total fat 33% min], crispy cereal centre (11%) (rice flour, WHEAT flour, sugar, malted WHEAT flour, WHEAT GLUTEN, salt). Stabilisers; arabic gum, sucrose esters of fatty acids, cocoa butter, colours; E120, E160a. Glazing agents; carnauba wax, beeswax, shellac.
