What are they?

Glimmer 100's & 1000's are tiny round sugar sprinkles with a pearlescent shimmer that catches the light. These ones come in a bold shimmering red.

What can I use them on?

Perfect for Valentine's Day, Christmas, birthdays, team colours, cupcakes and cookies. Scatter them over buttercream, icing or melted chocolate for an instant shimmer, or press them around the sides of a cake.

Ingredients

Sugar, WHEAT starch, glucose syrup, colours; concentrate of radish, lemon, blackcurrant, E171. Glazing agent; shellac.
