What are they?

Glimmer strands are short, rod-shaped sugar sprinkles with a pearlescent shimmer that catches the light. These ones come in a bold shimmering red.

What can I use them on?

Perfect for Valentine's Day, Christmas, birthdays, team colours, cupcakes and cookies. Scatter them over buttercream, icing or melted chocolate, or roll the edges of a cake or cookie in them for full shimmering coverage.

Ingredients

Sugar, coconut oil, glucose syrup, colours; E101, E120, E171. Glazing agents; beeswax (with coconut oil), shellac.
