Polished rods are short, crunchy sugar rods with a smooth, glossy finish. These come in glossy red, white and green.

What can I use them on?

Perfect for Christmas cakes, festive cupcakes, Christmas cookies and traybakes. Scatter them over buttercream or icing, or arrange them individually for a bold, modern finish.

Ingredients

Sugar, WHEAT semolina, colours; E100, E120, E133, E160a. Stabilisers; arabic gum. Glazing agents; carnauba wax, beeswax, shellac.
