Soft pastel pink with a pearly glow.

What are they?

Shimmer pearls are round sugar pearls with a soft, pearly shimmer. These ones come in a soft pastel pink, and are made without titanium dioxide (E171).

What can I use them on?

Perfect for baby showers, christenings, Mother's Day, Valentine's Day, cupcakes and cookies. Scatter them over buttercream, icing or melted chocolate, or place them individually for a more elegant finish.

Ingredients

Sugar, dextrose, glucose syrup, WHEAT starch, colours; E120, E172. Glazing agent; shellac.
