Pretty pink with a pearly shimmer.

What are they?

Shimmer pearls are round sugar pearls with a soft, pearly shimmer. These ones come in a pretty shimmering pink, in a larger 5-7mm size, and are made without titanium dioxide (E171).

What can I use them on?

Perfect for birthdays, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, baby showers, cupcakes and cookies. Scatter them over buttercream, icing or melted chocolate, or place them individually for a more elegant finish.

Available in 30g, 150g, 500g and 1kg, from a handy sample packet to bulk pouches for professional bakers.

Ingredients

Sugar, dextrose, glucose syrup, WHEAT starch, colours; E120, E172. Glazing agent; shellac.

Contains WHEAT, GLUTEN.
