A shimmering blue that catches the light.

What are they?

Shimmer strands are short, rod-shaped sugar sprinkles with a soft, pearly shimmer that catches the light. These ones come in a bright shimmering blue, and are made without titanium dioxide (E171).

What can I use them on?

Perfect for boys' birthdays, gender reveals, Frozen and under the sea themes, cupcakes and cookies. Scatter them over buttercream, icing or melted chocolate, or roll the edges of a cake or cookie in them for full shimmering coverage.

Available in 30g, 150g, 500g and 1kg, from a handy sample packet to bulk pouches for professional bakers.

Ingredients

Sugar, coconut oil, glucose syrup, colours; E133, E172. Glazing agent; beeswax (with coconut oil), shellac.
