A shimmering rainbow for every celebration.

What are they?

Shimmer strands are short, rod-shaped sugar sprinkles with a soft, pearly shimmer that catches the light. These ones come in a shimmering rainbow of colours, and are made without titanium dioxide (E171).

What can I use them on?

Perfect for birthday cakes, Pride celebrations, kids' parties, cupcakes and cookies. Scatter them over buttercream, icing or melted chocolate, or roll the edges of a cake or cookie in them for full shimmering coverage.

Available in 30g, 150g, 500g and 1kg, from a handy sample packet to bulk pouches for professional bakers.

Ingredients

Sugar, coconut oil, glucose syrup, colours; E101, E120, E132, E133, E141, E172. Glazing agents; beeswax (with coconut oil), shellac.

Allergens

Products may be manufactured on machinery that produces products containing milk, wheat, gluten, eggs, fish, soya, nuts and peanuts.

Not suitable for vegetarians or vegans (contains shellac, E120 and beeswax).
