Festive red, white and deep green with a shimmer.

What are they?

Shimmer strands are short, rod-shaped sugar sprinkles with a soft, pearly shimmer that catches the light. These ones come in red, white and dark green, and are made without titanium dioxide (E171).

What can I use them on?

Perfect for Christmas cakes, festive cupcakes, Christmas cookies and traybakes. Scatter them over buttercream, icing or melted chocolate, or roll the edges of a cake or cookie in them for full shimmering coverage.

Available in 30g, 150g, 500g and 1kg, from a handy sample packet to bulk pouches for professional bakers.

Ingredients

Sugar, coconut oil, glucose syrup, colours; E101, E120, E133, E172. Glazing agents; beeswax (with coconut oil), shellac.

Not suitable for vegetarians or vegans (contains shellac, E120 and beeswax).
