What are they?

These are 20mm milk chocolate balls with a crispy cereal centre, coated in metallic silver with a high-shine metallic finish.

What can I use them on?

Perfect for weddings, Christmas, winter themes, drip cakes, cupcakes and cookies. Press them into buttercream, pile them on top of a drip cake, or use them to finish cupcakes and desserts.

MILK chocolate (51.8%) [sugar, whole MILK powder, cocoa butter (20% min), cocoa mass, emulsifier: SOYA lecithin. Natural vanilla flavouring, cocoa solids: 32% min]. Sugar (35%), crispy cereal centre (11.5%) [WHEAT flour, whole meal WHEAT flour, sugar, WHEAT GLUTEN, malted WHEAT flour, salt, raising agent: baking soda]. Rice starch, stabilisers; arabic gum, sucrose esters of fatty acids, agar. Colours; E160a, E174. Glazing agent; carnauba wax.
