Shimmering silver for a frosty, elegant finish.

What are they?

Glimmer 100's & 1000's are tiny round sugar sprinkles with a pearlescent shimmer that catches the light. These ones come in a shimmering silver, and are made without titanium dioxide (E171).

What can I use them on?

Perfect for weddings, anniversaries, Frozen and winter themes, Christmas, cupcakes and cookies. Scatter them over buttercream, icing or melted chocolate for an instant shimmer, or press them around the sides of a cake.

Available in 30g, 150g, 500g and 1kg, from a handy sample packet to bulk pouches for professional bakers.

Ingredients

Sugar, WHEAT starch, glucose syrup, colours; E153, E172. Glazing agent; shellac.

Contains WHEAT, GLUTEN.
