Shimmering silver for a frosty, elegant finish.

What are they?

Shimmer pearls are round sugar pearls with a soft, pearly shimmer. These ones come in a shimmering silver, and are made without titanium dioxide (E171).

What can I use them on?

Perfect for weddings, anniversaries, Frozen and winter themes, Christmas, cupcakes and cookies. Scatter them over buttercream, icing or melted chocolate, or place them individually for a more elegant finish.

Available in 30g, 150g, 500g and 1kg, from a handy sample packet to bulk pouches for professional bakers.

Ingredients

Sugar, dextrose, glucose syrup, WHEAT starch, colours; E153, E172. Glazing agent; shellac.

Allergens

Contains WHEAT, GLUTEN.
