Pretty pink sugar with a sparkle.

What is it?

Sparkling sugar is coarse sugar coated in a pearlescent shimmer that catches the light. This one comes in pink, and is made without titanium dioxide (E171).

What can I use it on?

Perfect for Valentine's Day, baby showers, birthdays, cupcakes and cookies. Sprinkle it over buttercream, icing or cookies before baking, or use it to rim drinks and add sparkle to desserts.

Sugar, colours; E120, E172. Glazing agent; shellac.
