Sugar crystals are coarse, coloured sugar that adds crunch and bright colour. These come in black, orange, purple and green.

What can I use them on?

Perfect for Halloween cakes, spooky cupcakes, cookies and brownies. Sprinkle them over buttercream or icing, onto cookies before baking, or use them to rim drinks.
