What are they?

Sugar strands, sometimes called jimmies, are short rod-shaped sprinkles with a soft matt finish. These ones come in orange, dark green and white, adding colour and texture wherever you scatter them.

What can I use them on?

Perfect for St Patrick's Day, Irish celebrations, cupcakes, cookies and traybakes. Scatter them over buttercream, icing or melted chocolate, or roll the edges of a cake or cookie in them for full coverage.

Ingredients

Icing Sugar (sugar, potato starch), Maize Starch, Un hydrogenated Vegetable Fat (Palm, coconut), glucose syrup,Water, Emulsifier (Rapeseed Lecithin), Glaze [Glazing Agents (Shellac, Acacia Gum, beeswax], Sugar), Colour (E101, E110. E133).
