What are they?

Sugar strands, sometimes called jimmies, are short rod-shaped sprinkles with a soft matt finish. These ones come in red, white and blue, adding colour and texture wherever you scatter them.

What can I use them on?

Perfect for royal occasions, VE Day, the King's Birthday, street parties, cupcakes, cookies and traybakes. Scatter them over buttercream, icing or melted chocolate, or roll the edges of a cake or cookie in them for full coverage.

Available in 30g, 150g, 500g and 1kg, from a handy sample packet to bulk pouches for professional bakers.

Ingredients

Icing sugar [sugar, starch], maize starch, un-hydrogenated palm fat, water, emulsifier; rapeseed lecithin. Colours; E129, E132. Glaze [glazing agents; shellac, acacia gum, maize protein, sugar].

Allergens

Products may be manufactured on machinery that produces products containing milk, wheat, gluten, eggs, fish, soya, nuts and peanuts.

E129: may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.

Not suitable for vegetarians or vegans (contains shellac).
