Bright turquoise with a pearly shimmer.

What are they?

Glimmer 100's & 1000's are tiny round sugar sprinkles with a pearlescent shimmer that catches the light. These ones come in a bright shimmering turquoise.

What can I use them on?

Perfect for mermaid and under the sea themes, summer bakes, cupcakes and cookies. Scatter them over buttercream, icing or melted chocolate for an instant shimmer, or press them around the sides of a cake.

Available in 30g, 150g, 500g and 1kg, from a handy sample packet to bulk pouches for professional bakers.

Ingredients

Sugar, WHEAT starch, glucose syrup, colours; E133, E141, E171. Glazing agent; shellac.
