What are they?

Glimmer stars are star-shaped sugar sprinkles with a pearlescent shimmer that catches the light. These mini stars come in a bright shimmering turquoise.

What can I use them on?

Perfect for mermaid and under the sea themes, summer bakes, cupcakes and cookies. Scatter them over buttercream, icing or melted chocolate, or place them individually for a starry finish.

Sugar, sunflower oil, potato starch, rice flour. Colours; E133, E141, E171. Glazing agent; shellac.
