A festive mix with a touch of sparkle.

What are they?

100's & 1000's, also known as nonpareils, are tiny round sugar sprinkles with a classic matt finish. These ones come in red, white and green with silver, giving you an even, all-over coverage that's easy to scatter and looks great on any bake.

What can I use them on?

Perfect for Christmas cakes, festive cupcakes, Christmas cookies, cake pops and traybakes. Scatter them over buttercream, icing or melted chocolate, or press them around the sides of a cake for a classic finish.

Available in 30g, 150g, 500g and 1kg, from a handy sample packet to bulk pouches for professional bakers.

Ingredients

Sugar, WHEAT starch, maize starch, glucose syrup, colours; E100, E131, E174, concentrate of radish, lemon, blackcurrant. Glazing agent; beeswax. Stabilisers; arabic gum, agar.

Contains WHEAT, GLUTEN.
