Pearlescent bronze mini chocolate balls with a crunchy centre.

What are they?

These are 6mm crispy chocolate pearls: a crunchy cereal centre coated in milk chocolate and finished in pearlescent bronze.

What can I use them on?

Perfect for autumn bakes, rustic weddings, milestone birthdays, cupcakes, cookies and cakes. Scatter them over buttercream or ganache, or mix them with larger chocolate balls for a fuller look.

Sugar (57%), MILK chocolate (30.6%) [sugar, whole MILK powder, cocoa butter (20% min), cocoa mass, emulsifier; SOYA lecithin. Natural vanilla flavouring, cocoa solids: 32% min]. Crispy cereal centre (11%) [rice flour, WHEAT flour, sugar, malted WHEAT flour, WHEAT GLUTEN, salt]. Stabilisers; arabic gum, sucrose esters of fatty acids, E460, E464. Cocoa butter, colour; E172. Emulsifier; E472a (contains SOYA). Glazing agent; carnauba wax.
