Deep indigo blue with a soft shimmer.

What are they?

Glimmer strands are short, rod-shaped sugar sprinkles with a pearlescent shimmer that catches the light. These ones come in a deep indigo blue.

What can I use them on?

Perfect for galaxy and space themes, night sky cakes, boys' birthdays, cupcakes and cookies. Scatter them over buttercream, icing or melted chocolate, or roll the edges of a cake or cookie in them for full shimmering coverage.

Sugar, coconut oil, glucose syrup, colours; E132, E171. Glazing agents; beeswax, shellac.
