What can I use it for?

Cuts straight, neat layers with less mess and fewer crumbs than a knife. You can also use it to level the top of a cake, which is essential for stacked wedding cakes. The 12 inch (30cm) leveller suits cakes up to 25cm (10 inches) across and the 18 inch (46cm) one suits cakes up to 40cm (16 inches).

How to use
