What are they?

These are 6mm crispy chocolate pearls: a crunchy cereal centre coated in milk chocolate and finished in festive red, white and green.

What can I use them on?

Perfect for Christmas cakes, festive cupcakes, Christmas cookies, cupcakes, cookies and cakes. Scatter them over buttercream or ganache, or mix them with larger chocolate balls for a fuller look.

Crispy cereal centre (rice flour, WHEAT flour, sugar, malted WHEAT flour, WHEAT GLUTEN, salt), stabilisers; arabic gum, sucrose esters of fatty acids, E460, E464. Emulsifier; E472a (contains SOYA). Cocoa butter, colours; E100, E120, E133, E160a, E172, E174. Glazing agent; carnauba wax, beeswax, shellac.
