What are they?

These are 6mm crispy chocolate pearls: a crunchy cereal centre coated in milk chocolate and finished in metallic silver.

What can I use them on?

Perfect for weddings, Christmas, winter themes, cupcakes, cookies and cakes. Scatter them over buttercream or ganache, or mix them with larger chocolate balls for a fuller look.
