What are they?

Sugar strands, sometimes called jimmies, are short rod-shaped sprinkles with a soft matt finish. These ones come in red, white and dark green, adding colour and texture wherever you scatter them.

What can I use them on?

Perfect for Christmas cakes, festive cupcakes, Christmas cookies, cake pops and traybakes. Scatter them over buttercream, icing or melted chocolate, or roll the edges of a cake or cookie in them for full coverage.

Available in 30g, 150g, 500g and 1kg, from a handy sample packet to bulk pouches for professional bakers.

Ingredients

Icing sugar [sugar, starch], maize starch, un-hydrogenated palm fat, water, fat reduced cocoa powder, coconut oil, glucose syrup, emulsifier; rapeseed lecithin. Colours; E101, E129, E133. Glaze [glazing agents; shellac, acacia gum, sugar], beeswax.

Allergens

Products may be manufactured on machinery that produces products containing milk, wheat, gluten, eggs, fish, soya, nuts and peanuts.

E129: may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.

Not suitable for vegetarians or vegans (contains shellac and beeswax).
