Colour Mill Raspberry oil based food colouring for rich, even colour in buttercream and chocolate.

What is it?

Colour Mill is an oil based food colouring made by Colour Mill in Australia. Because it blends with fats and oils instead of water, it gives strong, even colour in buttercream, chocolate and ganache. Raspberry is part of the full 51-colour range.

What can I use it on?

Great for birthday cakes, Valentine's Day bakes and floral piping. Use it in buttercream, Swiss meringue buttercream, chocolate, ganache, cake batter and fondant. Shake well, start with a drop or two and let the colour develop, as it deepens over time. Use no more than 2% of the weight of the food you are colouring.

Sizes available

Available in a 20ml squeeze bottle. Bottles are filled to the top, so weights can vary slightly between colours.

Glycerol (E422), emulsifier: lecithin (E322), colour: E120.

Colour Mill states this colour is free from the 14 major allergens.

Not suitable for vegetarians or vegans (contains E120, carmine).
