A sparkling festive mix with a touch of silver.

What are they?

Glimmer 100's & 1000's are tiny round sugar sprinkles with a pearlescent shimmer that catches the light. These ones come in red, white and green with silver.

What can I use them on?

Perfect for Christmas cakes, festive cupcakes, Christmas cookies and traybakes. Scatter them over buttercream, icing or melted chocolate for an instant shimmer, or press them around the sides of a cake.

Sizes available

Available in 30g, 150g, 500g and 1kg, from a handy sample packet to bulk pouches for professional bakers.

Ingredients

Sugar, WHEAT starch, maize starch, glucose syrup, colours; E100, E131, E171, E174, concentrate of radish, lemon, blackcurrant. Stabilisers; arabic gum, agar. Glazing agent; shellac.

Contains WHEAT, GLUTEN.
