Rich, deep aubergine with a soft shimmer.

What are they?

Glimmer strands are short, rod-shaped sugar sprinkles with a pearlescent shimmer that catches the light. These ones come in a deep aubergine purple.

What can I use them on?

Perfect for Halloween, autumn bakes, elegant celebration cakes, cupcakes and cookies. Scatter them over buttercream, icing or melted chocolate, or roll the edges of a cake or cookie in them for full shimmering coverage.

Available in 30g, 150g, 500g and 1kg, from a handy sample packet to bulk pouches for professional bakers.

Ingredients

Sugar, coconut oil, glucose syrup, colours; E120, E132, E171. Glazing agents; beeswax (with coconut oil), shellac.
