What are they?

Glimmer strands are short, rod-shaped sugar sprinkles with a pearlescent shimmer that catches the light. These ones come in red and gold.

What can I use them on?

Perfect for Lunar New Year, Chinese New Year celebrations, red and gold themes, cupcakes and cookies. Scatter them over buttercream, icing or melted chocolate, or roll the edges of a cake or cookie in them for full shimmering coverage.

Sugar, coconut oil, glucose syrup, colours; E101, E120, E171, E172. Glazing agents; beeswax (with coconut oil), shellac.
