Large basketweave nozzle (#789) for basketweave stripes and icing cake sides.

What is it?

JEM #789 large basketweave piping nozzle, made from seamless stainless steel. It works with disposable, fabric and parchment piping bags.

What can I use it for?

Ideal for making both smooth and ribbed stripes. It is also a quick way to ice the sides of a cake. It can also be used with cream, mashed potato and choux pastry.

How to use

Fit the nozzle into a disposable, fabric or parchment piping bag, fill the bag with your buttercream, icing or cream and pipe.

To swap between nozzles easily, use a coupler that fits the base of your nozzle (the base diameter is in the Details tab).

Care

Wash in warm soapy water after use and dry thoroughly.

Store somewhere dry.
