Pearly white that goes with everything.

What are they?

Shimmer strands are short, rod-shaped sugar sprinkles with a soft, pearly shimmer that catches the light. These ones come in a pearly white, and are made without titanium dioxide (E171).

What can I use them on?

Perfect for weddings, christenings, winter bakes, snow scenes, cupcakes and cookies. Scatter them over buttercream, icing or melted chocolate, or roll the edges of a cake or cookie in them for full shimmering coverage.

Available in 30g, 150g, 500g and 1kg, from a handy sample packet to bulk pouches for professional bakers.

Ingredients

Sugar, coconut oil, glucose syrup, colour; E172. Glazing agent; beeswax (with coconut oil), shellac.

Not suitable for vegetarians or vegans (contains shellac and beeswax).
