Bright blue sugar for a sparkling finish.

What is it?

Sparkling sugar is coarse sugar coated in a pearlescent shimmer that catches the light. This one comes in blue, and is made without titanium dioxide (E171).

What can I use it on?

Perfect for boys' birthdays, baby showers, under the sea themes, cupcakes and cookies. Sprinkle it over buttercream, icing or cookies before baking, or use it to rim drinks and add sparkle to desserts.
